How long does it take to activate my account? Your account will be activated immediately.
Is your service only available in Canada? Yes, Currently our services are accessible from most cities in Canada. In future more countries & cities will be added. Our Registered user can select local access numbers from www.oneworldirect.com/access.html and enjoy savings on long distance call.
Where can I call using this service? You can call anywhere in the world using this service.
Is there is validity period? Yes. The validity dates are as follows
Account should be first used within 3 months from the date of purchase and should be used at least once in 2 months to keep it active.
Account will be dormant if not used in consecutive 3 months, to activate dormant account you need to recharge account for minimum $ 10.
Account not in use for 4 months will become in active, needs to re-register.
After expiry of account, the user would be given a grace period of 1 month to renew/recharge his account. If the same is not done, the account would stand permanently inactive.
Why should I top-up/recharge my prepaid account? To continue usage of your account, you should top-up/recharge it. Thus if your balance falls below the calling country rates, you would be required to top-up/recharge. This top-up/recharge would help you carry forward your leftover balance in the new top-up/recharge. For example, if you have $2 in your account and you top-up/recharge your account with $5, the balance on your account would be $7.
In what denominations can I top-up/recharge? You can top-up/recharge in the following denominations: $5, $10, $20, $50 & $100.
What is the validity period of the top-up/recharge? Your account gets activated immediately and validity period depends on your using our services at least once in 2 months. There is a validity period of 3 months from the date of top-up/recharge after this period account will be dormant.
What is Auto-Top Up/recharge? With Auto Top-Up, your account would get charged by the selected denomination once the balance on the account runs below $2.

What is pin-less dialing? PIN-less dialing is a service that allows you to dial without dialing your account number and PIN from your registered phone. You can register up to 5 different phones including cell phones to the same account.
Can I use this PIN-less service from my office PBX? Yes. You need to register your office phone number ( Not Extension) also on the system. Since the dialed access number does not recognize personal extension numbers, hence you will not be able to use PBX. However, you can still use your account by dialing your access number and entering pin followed by the international destination number. You can register up to 5 phone numbers.
Do I have to register separately for the PIN-less service? Yes, you need to register once in our system under ANI ( Automated Number Identification). Your registered phone will then be identified by our PIN-less services (ANI).
Can I change the phone numbers which I register? Yes you can. All you have to do is logon to www.oneworlddirect.com and go to my account. You can change information.
